This is definetly the Lurker necromorph that is also introduced in the same place. Also there are few x-rays of babies with its back ripped open and tentacles coming out of it. I assume this is the Pregnant necromorph which belly is full of Swarmers. When you get to the bio-lab, there are few pictures showing this really fat guy with cross-section of his body showing the muscles and internal organs with the arms weirdly lowered. I decided to start Dead Space again on hard mode after a long, long time and played through the second chapter where you have to obtain Cap.
